Hiring for Spring. Work Starts in Spring 2024.... some experience required

Job Summary: Assist with different construction/installation projects such as Custom Stone walls, Pavers, Segmental Retaining walls, Plantings, and some property maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications: Skills in wall, patio, and masonry construction will increase pay scales as well as some skills in property maintenence and planting/

Compensation and benfits: $20-30 an hour depending on experience,
Post job bonuses, end of season bonus, some paid continuing ed classes in hardscape industry. Simple IRA opportunity

Requirements
- Drivers license is a must with clean record.
- Knowledge in machinery operation is a plus.
- CDL not required but is a plus.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift 60lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Benefits:

• Paid time off

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Landscaping: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Vernon Valley, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
