**Job Description:**

Triumph Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Cashier/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the pharmacy, including cashier duties, assisting pharmacists, data entry, and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

1. **Cashier Service:** Ringing up purchases accurately, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment, and providing exceptional customer service at the checkout counter.

2. **Assisting Pharmacists:** Supporting pharmacists with tasks such as filling prescriptions, managing inventory, and organizing medication shelves.

3. **Data Entry:** Inputting prescription information accurately into the pharmacy computer system and maintaining patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.

4. **Over-the-Counter Medications:** Assisting customers in locating and selecting over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and health supplements.

5. **Cleaning the Shop:** Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the pharmacy, including cleaning countertops, shelves, bathroom, floors and work areas.

6. **Local Deliveries:** Walking to nearby locations to deliver prescriptions to customers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

7. **Lotto Service:** Handling lottery ticket sales, providing information to customers, and following lottery regulations and procedures.

8. **Customer Assistance:** Providing information on medications, answering customer inquiries, and offering assistance in finding products within the pharmacy.

9. **Compliance:** Adhering to all pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA guidelines, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in a pharmacy or retail environment preferred.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
