May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Helper- Brick and Stone Mason may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Helper- Brick and Stone Mason relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Job Requirements
This is a very labor intensive position. Employees are required to be able to do heavy lifting, bending, kneeling and cope with the environment on a constant basis throughout the year. Our Crew Leaders will direct our laborers on each project but we need fast learners and employees who can think and proceed without constant supervision.
Necessary Skills
A positive outlook and the ability to learn a variety of tasks is essential. Dependability is a key trait that our employees must have. All employees are required to obtain their CDL Class A drivers license within 30 days of employment.
