  • Role and Responsibilities:        
    • Read all activity log and incident reports make necessary corrections. 
    • Report any changes to Operations Manager. 
    • Check all documents when it comes to our vehicles and save reports on the server. Keep record and mileage of the vehicles and maintenance report.
    • Check the Patrol vehicles: gas, maintenance, etc and ensure they are always clean and gas up. 
    • Conduct spot-checks and surveillance on all officers and drop of documents. 
    • Training of security officers in employee relations, positive employment practices and avoidance of legal issues. Also, the ability to train and explain to managers basics in employment law for better understanding and supervisory ability. 
    • Ensures you know all the post orders for all our clients. 
    • Conduct Spot-checks and Surveillance on all officers. 
    • Ensures all officers have a valid D and G license while on post (according to the site demand). 
    • Enforce client and company policies, rules and regulations
    • Develop methods to improve policies, processes, practices and recommend changes to management. 
    • Communicates effectively with the officers and Manager of Operations at the facility to assure business continuity.  
    • Ensures all officers are used Quickbooks (T-Sheets) and ScheduleAnyWhere. 
    • Ensures a smooth-running operation by enforcing post specific policies and procedures through proper communication and training. 
    • May utilize field training staff to assist in executing post-specific training 
    • Be available to cover shifts 
    • Must be on call to address any matters that arise and needs to be resolved pertaining to security and will work on security post if needed. 
    • Ensure all security officers are trained to discharge all duties effortlessly. The Field Supervisor will be held responsible for any services failures pertaining to officer training. 
    • Ensure all officers are on their post at the scheduled time. 
    • Ensure all guards are wearing the uniform properly. 
    • Reprimand security officers who do not follow policies and procedures. 
    • Be available to run errands and small tasks.  
       
    Qualifications and Education Requirements:         
    • Minimum 1 – 2 years of professional-level experience required, supervision non-exempt employees in a fast-paced, service environment. 
    • Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military and/or customer service highly desired. 
    • Experience in scheduling, operations and/or employe8e management in a service-related industry a significant plus.
    • A valid D & G License (FLORIDA).
    • Must have a working smart phone for the job.
    • High School Diploma or the equivalent PREFERRED As a condition of employment, employee must. successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
