Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and financial concepts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Manage employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date
- Collaborate with HR to resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions
- Assist with account reconciliation and general ledger accounting tasks
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements

-Minimum Qualifications: Two years of coursework or training in personnel management, business administration, public administration or office/administrative or three years experience. Must have knowledge and experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
