Job Title: Sales Consultant
Hours: 5 days a week – work days and days off will be at the discretion of the Sales Manager, which could be any combination of days Sunday through Saturday. Extra days may occur in the busy season.
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager (in absence of Sales Manager, reports to General Manager)

FIRST RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet all customers with warmth and enthusiasm. You are who the customer’s first impression of the business.
· Must be customer oriented, self-motivated team player with effective communication skills.
· Must be able to follow-up with customers through multiple forms of communication (i.e. phone, email, social media, etc.)
· Maintain a level of professionalism you would want to see in a Sales Consultant. Ethics, work habits, integrity, and character must be at a level that earns respect from not only customers but also fellow employees
· Must show expert knowledge on all products sold and be able to present that knowledge to all customers.
· Must show expert knowledge on any add-ons or extra products customers can supplement with their main purchase.
· Must have a general knowledge of financing and be able to discuss the various payment options customers have.
· Must stay up to date on current product sold by the company and any other products competitors are selling.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Continuously refresh knowledge on current products through in-house training and self-training.
· Role play customer interaction scenarios with other Sales Consultants to refine your sales skills.
· Maintain and keep track of current inventory. All products must be presentable and accounted for.
· Be able to travel for any offered sales training.
· If working Sundays, assist in simple over the counter parts transactions
