Being a Highway Patrol may require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must meet physical and personal requirements. Additionally, Highway Patrol has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Duties:
- Conduct pest control treatments and inspections at customer locations
- Identify and assess pest problems, including rodents, insects, and other pests
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety guidelines
- Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest infestations
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and inspections
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and address pest issues
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and provide recommendations
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and thorough inspections
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Please note that experience in lawn care, landscaping, or working with farm machinery is a plus but not required for this position. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
