    Responsibilities:

    • Guard shall perform duties including, but not limited to, presenting a positive image, professionalism, ethical standards, performance expectations, adherence to Post Orders and other industry standard security functions.
    • Officers self-initiate contact with persons who are disturbing or involved in criminal behavior or company code violations.
    • Officers to provide acces control to the facility.
    • Officers shall respond to bomb threats and unattended/suspicious items while on Client’s property in accordance with Threat Management training, SOPM, and Post Orders.

    Requirements


    • Must be 25 yrs of age
    • Clean background history including credit score
    • Bachelor's Degree AND/OR Military Graduate OR Police Graduate
    • Ideally have 3yrs of law enforcement experience in a patrol capacity. Such as answering uniformed calls for service, responding to disturbances, traffic enforcement, investigating criminal violations and writing crime reports.
    • Officers must be skilled in responding to emergency management.
    • Officers must have advanced communication skills including de-escalation and other calming techniques.
    • Officers must have experience in problem solving, risk assessment, and appropriate use of force
    • Successful completion of state of WA armed officer licensing requirements
    • A willingness to work outdoors throughout the year
    • A stable work history
    • Ability to work unsupervised for long periods of time
    • Possess communication skills which include understanding, speaking, and writing the English language well.
    • Able to write a report of incidents and activities
    • Be a team-oriented person
    • Ability to work with diverse group
    • Report to work on time
    • Stay at assigned work locations
    • Perform assigned tasks and carry out duties throughout the entire work shift
    • Be reliable and truthful when reporting either verbally or written
