Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Hoist and Winch Operator relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate movement of parts and materials, changing of racks, and enter data.
· Communicate with other areas, receive directions from your supervisor.
· Since it is sometimes necessary, must be capable of performing all operator tasks.
· Maintain a clean and organized area, ensuring all materials are stored correctly.
· Enforce procedures and highlight issues or concerns to your supervisor.
· Be a role model for attendance, punctuality, attitude, and flexibility.
