What does a Home Health Aide do in Home Care?
You will be caring for a diverse population of clients in their homes providing them with assistance in their ADL’s and housekeeping. You will be working closely with other members of the team to include nurses, therapists, and social workers with the goal of helping maintain your client where they love to be the most – THEIR HOME! You may be seeing multiple clients in a day (it’s a great time to catch up on a podcast) and will be traveling in a variety of Iowa weather.
