Home Care Aide Coordinator jobs in Garden Grove, CA

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

Requirements for employment:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in U.S.
• Available to work holidays
• Registered with The Home Care Aid Registry
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Negative TB Test
• Orientation & Training* Paid by Ability West Home Care

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in patient care or assisted living is preferred

-You are available for Weekday and/or Weekend shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism
- Familiarity with dementia care is a plus
