This is a non-medical role that requires experience working within a healthcare system. Care Coordinators will be expected to understand the healthcare professionals you will interact with while assisting in coordinating your client’s care. You will work under the supervision of the Case Manager. If you don’t have prior hands-on care experience and training, once hired, you will attend a Personal Care Aide training program as part of your orientation, followed by continuous support from the case manager.
