Home Care Aide Coordinator schedules workforce needs of Home Care Aides. Tracks aide services and collects and maintains time reports. Being a Home Care Aide Coordinator typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Polaris Home Care is seeking to add compassionate and motivated Home Care Aides (HCA) / CNA's / Caregivers in the greater Sacramento area who take pride in providing quality care to our clients. Our Home Care aides are an integral part of our team that provides personable non-medical care to assist our clients in their activities of daily living in the comfort of their own home. We are looking for Home Care Aides that are passionate, dependable, and that are looking to make an impact in the daily lives of our clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Personal hygiene
- Dressing
- Ambulation
- Transfer
- Companionship
- Meal planning and preparation
- Housekeeping
- Transportation to and from appointments or social events
Benefits:
- Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour

Qualifications:
- 1 year of caregiving or related experience
- Negative TB test within the last year
- Willing to complete a background check and register with the State of California as a Home Care Aide if not already registered
- Driver’s license with clean recent driving history and reliable vehicle
- Capable of communicating and writing in English
