Home Care Aide Coordinator schedules workforce needs of Home Care Aides. Tracks aide services and collects and maintains time reports. Being a Home Care Aide Coordinator typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Job Duties of HHA / Home Health Aide:
Schedule: Short Shifts- - 2-6 hour shifts various times/days
- Personal care; dressing and bathing
- General homemaking; cooking, cleaning, laundry
- Errands for clients; grocery store, pharmacy, etc.
- Lift and transfer clients using Gait Belt & Hoyer Lift
Job Requirements:
- Must have Driver's license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation.
- Caregiver OR HHA experience
- Recent and relevant experience (Homecare or Facility Staffing).
- Current TB, Physical and Clean background check.
