Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community Settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 22 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.
Our Mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to set and achieve life goals by being self-directed, healthy and live a meaningful life.
Our Goal is to identify and match a qualified support staff for individuals based on their needs.
Alay Home Care is offering a $20.50/hr -` $28/hr pay rate and offers the following great benefits:
Part time and Full time

ResponsibilitiesProvide health care services in patients residences
Perform household tasks
Transport and accompany patients to doctors appointment or any other outdoor activities
Administer simple prescribed medications
Assist with clients personal care activities
Maintain patients care records and document provided services
Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
Training:
College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications
Preferred
Vehicle for Community Transport
1 year Behavioral Experience
