    **Job Overview:**

    Graceful Day Personal Home Care is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Care Aides to join our team. As a Caregiver/Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting them with their daily needs and ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Assist clients with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, and other daily activities
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
    • Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
    • Maintain documentation of client care and observations
    • Report any changes in client's condition to the Supervisor

    **Requirements:**

    • Previous experience as a caregiver or home care aide preferred
    • Completion of training program for home care aides
    • Compassionate and patient demeanor
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
