Home Care Aide provides household management activities to enable patients in independence at home. Assists patient with self-administered medications and emotional supports. Being a Home Care Aide typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. Additionally, Home Care Aide may require CPR certified. The Home Care Aide possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We are currently hiring for a part-time CNA or Home Health Aide to serve our wonderful families throughout the Des Moines area. We have both full-time and part time opportunities available.
We are looking for true caregivers that want to serve our Iowa residents! Compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients. You must have excellent customer service and an attitude to serve others. The selected caregiver will be responsible for providing; safety oversight, hands-on personal care, companionship, med reminders, housekeeping, meal prep, safe transfers and other cares as needed.
