Duties and Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Meal Preparation and cooking
• Conversation and companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation/ Running errands
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with ADL's
• Charting client's condition and reporting changes to the supervisor.
• Transferring and positioning
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan

Caregiver Skills and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1 year of experience caring for clients
• Compassionate and ready to serve those clients under your care
• Ability to competently communicate and perform assigned tasks
• Completion of criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, drug screening
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation
• Ability to stoop, reach, and lift by personal care task

Preferred but not required:

No certification is required; however, we compensate for licensed CNAs, HHA, DSP, and experience.
