Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to provide support in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Duties:

- Provide direct support to patients in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with lifting and transferring patients when necessary
- Monitor and record vital signs as directed
- Support caregivers and social workers in coordinating patient care

Qualifications:

- Experience or knowledge in caregiving or direct support roles
- Familiarity with medical systems and procedures
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
- Understanding of patient care protocols and standards
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
