Home Care Aide provides household management activities to enable patients in independence at home. Assists patient with self-administered medications and emotional supports. Being a Home Care Aide typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. Additionally, Home Care Aide may require CPR certified. The Home Care Aide possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.     • Personal care, transferring, ambulation, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders and light housekeeping
    • Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed

    • POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – if not registered, we'll help you through the process and reimburse you for your live scan form once you complete the set hours in the given timeframe

    • At least 6 months experience (Can be with family members, Facility, Homecare)
