Alarys Home Health is urgently searching for caring and dependable Caregivers – Direct Care Workers – Certified Caregivers in the entire Phoenix Valley to join our team; we have available shifts in both the EAST VALLEY and WEST VALLEY!! We offer work with 1-on-1’s in-home (**NOW PAYING UP TO $18/HR**) and facilities (i.e. assisted living and memory care). You will be assisting in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals (Article 9 is a PLUS!).

Alarys Home Care is now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for applicants interested in working ongoing schedules with LTC .

Plus biweekly bonuses for LTC client caregivers

1 - 20 hours/week - $150 bonus on the 2nd and 4th paycheck of the month

21-40 hours/week - $300 bonus on the 2nd and 4th paycheck of the month

What will you need?

• CPR and First Aid (NO ONLINE CERTIFICATIONS)
• Negative TB Test Within the Year
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card for Arizona
• 3 Professional References
• 2 Forms of ID (I-9 compliant)
• Ability to build rapport with your clients

*Our pay is based off of the reimbursement rates of each contract
