Home Care Aide jobs in Reading, PA

We are looking for a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide care to a patient in the Upper Saint Clair area. The Home Care Aide will assistance in daily living and personal care services in client's homes in accordance with established care plans.

Shifts Available - Tuesdays and Thursdays

Responsibilities of Home Care Aide

• Assist with clients personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition
• Provide companionship
• Work scheduled shift in client's home and carry out all tasks on the established care plan.

Requirements of Home Care Aide

• Proven working experience as Home Health or Home Care Aide
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
• Proficiency in English
• Caring and compassionate personality
• Valid driver’s license
• High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
