Home Care Aide provides household management activities to enable patients in independence at home. Assists patient with self-administered medications and emotional supports. Being a Home Care Aide typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. Additionally, Home Care Aide may require CPR certified. The Home Care Aide possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Currently we’re looking for full-time or part-time Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)s to join our amazing team in Rochester, MN delivering care to clients in their home. Our Home Health Aides (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) spend more time with our clients than any other team member and are a vital part of our care teams.
Responsibilities are directed and supervised by a Registered Nurse. The work given by the Registered Nurse adheres to procedures and standards involving a high degree of accuracy in observing, recording, and reporting data.
