    We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Director of Personnel to join our team! They will be

    responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability to be a good fit for our company culture. DOP will also be responsible for ensuring that current employees are satisfied with the company.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and determine employee needs

    • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies for company growth

    • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities while encouraging employees to be brand

    ambassadors

    • Promote employee referral programs

    • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast, assist in interviewing as

    needed

    • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer

    culture index, etc.)

    • Reviews employment applications and background check reports

    • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops

    • Ensure that employees have all the information they need to do their jobs efficiently, including

    training or other types of support.

    • Provide coaching and counseling to employees to help them improve their performance

    • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

    • Suggest measures for improving employee retention

    • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles & scheduling

    • Onboarding assistance during peak periods, term auditing and exit interviews

    • Attend career and college fairs, and similar events


    Requirements:


    Experience as a Manager or similar HR role

    In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

    Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, culture index)

    Ability to motivate employees

    A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

    Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

    Be a team player

    Good time-management skills

    Great interpersonal and communication skills
