Some Job Duties:

• Recruitment
• Onboarding of new employees
• Benefit coordination
• Employee relations
• Maintaining employee files
• Disciplines
• Prepare and maintain time punches on facility time clock
• Payroll
• Retention and turnover reports
• Other Human Resource responsibilities

Qualification for our position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in a Business Management field, including but not limited to, Marketing, Public Administration, Accounting or Management Information Services.
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
• Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment in long-term care.
• Demonstrated effective supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated fiscal and human resource management skills.
• Work history in an office setting.
• Computer proficiency, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
