The Director of Home Health Agency is responsible for the strategic positioning, management, overall planning, development, and evaluation of the home health agency and is the acting Administrator per regulatory requirements. The position provides direction and leadership to ensure UW Health Care Direct meets the needs of its patients and communities. This includes establishing, meeting, and continuously monitoring the home health agency’s clinical and financial goals and objectives, while maintaining alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. While the range of duties and responsibilities is broad and varied, the position’s major responsibility is directing operations, financial management, and personnel in the home health agency.
