Home Care Scheduler (Full-Time Care Coordinator)

Position: Care at Home is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and problem-solving individual to fill a full-time, on-site Caregiver Scheduler position in New London, Connecticut (CT). The ideal candidate will be a team player, reliable, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Minimum 1-year scheduling experience required.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Field incoming calls
• Create/maintain client and staff schedules
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and caregivers
• Manage client and caregiver satisfaction (Q&A Calls)
• Perform and update care assessments as needed
• Conduct screening and intake calls as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year scheduling experience
• 1-year minimum of Home Care Scheduling (preferred)
• Home care, nursing home, assisted living facility, or hospital scheduling experience a plus
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with using computers, Google web applications, Microsoft 365, and Outlook
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a national background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
