Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plan for a In Home Care Agency serving the entire Northwest Valley. There are no territory restrictions. This position will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and business development strategies and report to the agency owner.
-Implement marketing strategies to grow the agency business.
-Identify, establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to procure client referrals.
-Serve as a community liaison educating potential referral sources about the scope of services provided by PrimeCare Home Solutions.
-Follow-up on leads generated by referral sources.
-Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferable in Home Healthcare.
-Demonstrated growth results and proven networking performance.
-Strong knowledge of the Home Health industry.
-Bachelors Degree preferred.
-Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance required.
-Ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and have a strong desire to succeed.
-Self-motivated and the ability to work with little supervision.
