In its Associate Director of Operations (A.D. Ops), Dientes seeks a leader that will further advance Dientes’ philosophy and achievements. The A.D. Ops has oversight of clinic operations in partnership with the EVP of Operations. The A.D. of Ops will supervise and mentor staff including Clinic and Outreach Managers and operations staff and be responsible for the day-to-day achievement of clinic quality and operational goals as well as ensuring the clinic facilities are in good order to achieve patient visit and staff safety goals.
