Regional Director of Operations (COTA, OTR, PT, PTA or SLP licensure required)

This position requires extensive travel working with facilities in North Carolina and minimum of two years DOR experience in the LTC setting.

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management of Therapy Operations in the assigned Region, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Director of Operations, Senior Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations.

What you offer:

• Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree, Master's Degree, or an Associate Degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology. 
  
• Current state licensure and/or certification/registry, as required.
  
• 5 years of experience in adult acute and long-term care
  
• Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in long-term care required, multi-site experience preferred
  
• In-depth knowledge of industry rules and regulations
  
• Familiarity with software e.g. Net Health, Microsoft Office, preferred
  
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and/or certification.
  
• Minimum of 5-years experience as a licensed therapist
  
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  
• Outstanding communication and people skills
