Administrative Assistant - White Horse Lawn and Tree
Office Assistant/Customer Service (Full Time)

Position summary:

As a Administrative Assistant, you’ll establish trusting relationships with clients and help with the administrative work that keeps our business running. We are seeking a HIGHLY organized and responsible office assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones and assist customers. Other duties will include assisting the office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.

The right candidates will be detail oriented, patient, and someone who truly cares about improving themselves and the company.

Responsibilities:
● Overseeing daily clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails, picking up and answering voicemail, and working within the company software
● Maintaining files and client accounts and receivables
● Answering phone calls
● Scheduling meetings and estimates
● Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
● Administrative writing skills
● Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
● Managing processes
● Analyzing information
● Professionalism
● Excellent customer service skills
● Attention to detail and ability to closely follow office protocols
● Needs strong organizational skills
● Able to work well independently and on a team

Experience Requirements:
● Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
● Warm personality with strong communication skills
● Ability to work well under limited supervision
● Good working knowledge of Google docs, sheets and email

Hours:
● 9:00am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

**Hours can be a little flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
