Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:

- Laundry for salon services.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Operate phone systems, check emails, and text messages.
- Dust & keep retail area nice and neat.
- Handle transactions from guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry
- Proficient in operating phone systems and booking appointments
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in providing exceptional guest services
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently
- Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.
