Registered Nurse Assistant Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Registered Nurse Assistant Clinical Director to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be based out of our office, located in the serene Altoona, PA.

What You'll Do

• Assumes responsibility for oversight and direction of skilled nursing and other therapeutic services
• Coordinates department function amongst team to meet capacity goals, agency objectives and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assists with assuring that clinician productivity standards are met and reports trends and challenges to executive leadership
• Is available at all times during operating hours (or appoints a similarly qualified alternate)

About You

• You bring 3-5 years of Healthcare experience preferably in Home Health
• You Bring 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• You are a licensed clinician in the State of PA.
• You can demonstrate knowledge of Healthcare regulations
• You have knowledge of Agency’s policies and procedures
• You have the ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel
• You have the ability to exercise independent judgement
