Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the coordination and management of patient care within our hospice department, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage patient care, including case evaluations and team assignments.
• Supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to care plans and professional standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care planning.
• Manage operational aspects of the hospice program, including resource allocation and staff development.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ management experience in hospice or home health settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in nursing judgment, care planning, and understanding of hospice care principles.
