We are looking for a compassionate PCA Supervisor with years of experience in homecare and the Medicaid Waiver Program. We are looking for a PCA Supervisor to run our Personal care and Respite Program. We are looking for a Supervisor who can retain and recruit good staff to take care of clients. We are looking for a Supervisor that can assist in maintaining a good client census that centers around client satisfaction. Experience supervising Aides, PCAs in personal care and respite care, housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate

Responsibilities

• Supervision of PCAs and Aides
• Recruitment and Retention of Aide Staff
• Maintenance of client censure as it relates to good client satisfaction
• Day to day operations of PersonAl Care and Respite Care Department

Ensure that you as well as employees hired to take care of clients exhibit the following:

• Ensure clients receive their medication on time
• Support clients who can’t move on their own
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
• Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
• Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
• Help customers with their shopping
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support
• Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Ensure aides complete documentation timely
• Ensure aides are assigned and scheduled properly to client
• Fill in when aide is unavailable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
