Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and ensure quality of care
- Assist with complex patient cases, including case management and utilization review
- Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to established protocols
- Monitor vital signs, administer IV infusions, and provide ventilator support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in case management, DME utilization review, assisted living, IV infusion, and health coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of nurses
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
