Hotel Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager with daily hotel operations and services. Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, responds to complaints, and ensures hotel profitability. Being a Hotel Manager Assistant tends to all facets of hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Hotel Manager Assistant typically reports to a manager. The Hotel Manager Assistant manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Train and mentor front desk personnel in hotel policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee room reservations, availability, and allocation in coordination with the housekeeping team.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and perform daily financial transactions.
- Ensure the front desk area is always neat, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
