Hotel Manager Assistant jobs in Augusta, GA
Hotel Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager with daily hotel operations and services. Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, responds to complaints, and ensures hotel profitability. Being a Hotel Manager Assistant tends to all facets of hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Hotel Manager Assistant typically reports to a manager. The Hotel Manager Assistant manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Hotel Manager Assistant typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $5,000.00 per month
