Job Summary:
Hotel is under new ownership and excited to build a wonderful team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of hotel operations
- Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in budgeting and financial management of the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
