In this role you will be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations for the entire housekeeping and laundry departments in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This will include directing, supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department on a daily basis along with ensuring smooth operations to include rooms, public areas and laundry.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• 2 years' Housekeeping experience
• Schedule flexibility
• Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Knowledge of custodial procedures, including floor care, waste management, and recycling programs
• Ability to multitask under high-pressure situations

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Gastonia, NC 28052: Relocate before starting work (Required)
