    As the Guest Service Manager/Front Desk Manager at our hotel and convention center, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service experiences.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and supervise the front desk team, including front desk agents, concierge staff, and night auditors. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and guest satisfaction.
    • Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Resolve issues promptly and effectively to exceed guest expectations and foster positive relationships.
    • Operational Management: Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, reservations, and billing procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
    • Revenue Management: Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy levels to maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and functionality at the front desk area. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
    • Technology Utilization: Utilize property management systems (PMS), reservation software, and other technology platforms to streamline operations, track guest preferences, and enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Training and Development: Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of front desk staff. Keep team members informed about updates to policies, procedures, and industry trends.
    • Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events and banquet teams to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests related to conferences, meetings, and conventions held at the property.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques.
    • Proficiency with technology
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
