The Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the hotel owner, serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications on all matters amongst the Executive Team and inter-departmental management. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Administrative must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Expert organizational skills, ability to follow detailed instructions and a keen eye for detail a must.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business/Administrative Management, Communications or Secretarial Science or related knowledge and training gained through vocational courses preferred.

• Experience in similar work environment supporting and reporting to a Senior Executive/Owner with a professional demeanor. 

• Expert-level computer skills, creating and maintaining databases, proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and adaptive skills to expand software application skills as necessary.

• Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures. Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Impeccable communications skills in correspondence, customer service, written and verbal communication, and proofreading.
