Hotel Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager with daily hotel operations and services. Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, responds to complaints, and ensures hotel profitability. Being a Hotel Manager Assistant tends to all facets of hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Hotel Manager Assistant typically reports to a manager. The Hotel Manager Assistant manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Hotel Manager Assistant typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
