Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, responds to complaints, and ensures hotel profitability. Being a Hotel Manager Assistant tends to all facets of hotel operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Hotel Manager Assistant typically reports to a manager. The Hotel Manager Assistant manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, organized, and comfortable with dynamic leadership. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in upholding the high standards of cleanliness that Hilton has to offer.
Your will be responsible for implementing high standards of professional cleaning, supporting safe working practices, and managing policies that directly result in clean and comfortable accommodations for our guests. Your leadership of the housekeeping department including Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, and House Attendants will be key in providing our guests the perfect hotel experience.
