We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the hotel.
• Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their stay.
• Ensure that all staff are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Manage budgets and financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
