Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest activity, payments, and occupancy rates.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a front desk or guest services role.
• Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve common goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options in the Buffalo area is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
