Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information, and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word required. PowerPoint and Opera skills highly desired.
