The Luxury Upscale Hotel Indigo Jacksonville - Deerwood Park is located in Tapestry Park on the south side of Jacksonville. Independently owned and operated by Zieg Hospitality of Jacksonville, our vibrant and unique hotel is looking for a qualified and experienced guest-focused manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager is a supporting role at the hotel, providing strong leadership and guest satisfaction. The operations manager will be responsible for All areas of operations, mainly during the afternoon/evening/Weekends. This position will oversee the Front desk, Restaurant, Banquet, and Bar areas and monitor any facility issues that may arise. Other responsibilities include training and managing team members and other personnel on duty, contributing to team meetings, taking the initiative to improve processes, and being involved in the Tapestry Park community.
