The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all aspects of operations at The Blake Hotel. The GM serves as an ambassador for the brand and hotel, leading all departments of the hotel to further the hotel’s goal of providing best-in-class service to guests. The GM oversees the hotel’s profitability and leads various strategic projects across all departments of the hotel. The ideal candidate is someone who consistently goes above and beyond to maximize guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Regional Director of Operations at RMS Companies.
