- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Multilingual skills are a plus
Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations management, and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
